Terms and Conditions:

1. Redemption of Cash Voucher is open to all aged 18 and above, except employees of Main Place Mall including its affiliations and related companies, representatives, vendors, agents and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses and Tenants). Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem, and to redeem on behalf of the customers.
2. Stamp collection period is from 1^st October – 31^st December 2021.
3. Cash Voucher redemption period is from 1^st October – 31^st December 2021.
4. Stamp redemption is limited to a maximum of five (5) combined receipts on the same day.
5. Any bill payment(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid, Starbucks Card, Komugi apps etc.) or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) are not entitled for redemption.
6. Only original stamp(s) are accepted for redemption of Cash Vocuher. Amended, damaged, defaced or photocopied stamps are invalid and not acceptable. Main Place Mall shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the issued stamp and no replacement stamp shall be provided.
7. Stamp redemption must be made at the Information Counter, Ground Floor on the same day of purchase and proven by the original receipt(s). Duplicate, re-print, credit card and manual hand-written receipt(s) will not be accepted.
8. Customers are advised to inspect their Cash Voucher(s) upon immediate Redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned or refunded will be entertained.
9. The stamps & Cash Voucher are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
10. Customers shall furnish the complete redemption card with accurate personal details at Information Counter, Ground Floor, for verification and redemption purposes, and are required to surrender the redemption card upon successful redemption.
11. The availability of Cash Voucher shall be based on first come first served basis, while stocks last.
12. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Participant and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Redemption.
13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Main Place Mall’s Management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
14. The Management reserves the right to demand for the proof of purchase and amend any Terms and Conditions without prior notice and any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
